Terms and Privacy
Plain words about the waitlist.
Terms
What this is. This page lets you join the waitlist for OGMY. Joining is free. It reserves your place in line; it is not an account and does not promise access on a particular date.
Your entry. One entry per person, using your own Google account. Don’t use someone else’s, and don’t try to jump the line or disrupt the service.
Invitations. We invite people in waitlist order, in waves, and may change the order or timing as we build. The golden ticket is a keepsake of your place, with no cash value.
No guarantees. The page and the waitlist are provided as they are. We may change or stop them at any time. Nothing here is financial, medical or professional advice.
Changes. If these terms change in a way that matters, we’ll update the date above and, when we have your email, tell you.
Privacy
What we collect. When you join with Google, we receive your name and email address from your Google account. We never see your Google password. We store those, your waitlist number and the time you joined.
Why. To save your place, show you your ticket, and email you when your invitation is ready or when something important changes. We don’t sell your data and we don’t send marketing for anyone else.
Cookies and tracking. This page sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It keeps two small notes in your own browser: that you’ve seen the opening animation, and your ticket, so it can be shown again.
Who handles it. Our hosting and database providers process this data on our behalf, under agreements that keep it protected.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold, or to leave the waitlist, at any time. Write to care@ogmy.life from the address you signed up with and we’ll act on it. If you’re in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
How long. Until you ask us to delete it.
